KRS is the Polish register of companies; the entry is public and can be looked up at the Ministry of Justice's search. NIP is the VAT number and REGON the statistical number. Invoices are issued by this entity, in EUR or PLN, and reverse charge applies for EU-VAT-registered customers outside Poland.

What we do

We build software on the Wialon and Flespi telematics platforms — integrations with ERP, TMS and BI systems, pipelines that move telemetry into databases our customers own, and fleet applications. Alongside that we license four ready products, of which Routly is one:

  • Routly — the self-hosted fleet platform this site is about.
  • FleetTAB — fleet management and trip analytics on top of Wialon.
  • FleetSQL — Wialon telemetry into SQL you can query.
  • Eco-Driving — driver behaviour scoring.

They are sold directly and resold by partners under their own brand. That is the same position many of our customers are in, which is why Routly has multi-tenancy and per-customer report branding rather than treating a reseller as an afterthought.

Why we built Routly

Because we kept being asked the same question by two different people. Fleet operators wanted the per-vehicle meter to stop. Telematics providers wanted a platform whose margin did not go upstream. Both wanted the telemetry in a database they could query themselves. Nothing on the market answered all three, so we built the thing we had been assembling piecemeal for clients anyway, and licensed it.

We run it ourselves

Routly is not shipped and forgotten. The production instance we operate had 50 vehicles and 114 reporting trackers when this page was last updated, taking positions through Flespi, and it is the same build the public demo runs and the same one you would deploy. When ingest breaks at three in the afternoon, it breaks for us too.
