Terms of service
These cover this website and the demo. What governs the software itself is its licence — AGPL-3.0 or a commercial agreement — and where the two disagree, the licence wins.

1. Who you are contracting with
Asset Track Sp. z o.o.ul. Marszalkowska 115/338, 00-102 Warszawa, Poland
KRS 0001072405 · NIP 5252982554 · REGON 527071236
hello@theassettrack.com
"We" and "us" mean that company. "Routly" means the software of that name; "this site" means routly.app and the demo at demo.routly.app.
2. This site
You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. The text, screenshots and drawings on it are ours. The trade marks of other companies named on this site — Wialon, Traccar, Flespi and the rest — belong to their owners and are used to describe compatibility, not to imply any endorsement or affiliation.
3. The demo
demo.routly.app is provided for evaluation, free and without any account. Every vehicle, trip and figure in it is generated; none of it describes a real fleet. It carries no availability commitment, may change or disappear without notice, and must not be used to operate anything.
4. The software, under AGPL-3.0
Routly is published under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. That licence — not this page — sets out what you may do. In summary, and without modifying it:
- You may run it for any purpose, including commercially, without paying us.
- You get the complete corresponding source and may modify it.
- Running it privately and unmodified creates no obligation to publish anything.
- Modify it and make it available to others over a network, and you must offer those users the source of your modified version under the same licence. This is AGPL Section 13, and it is the clause that distinguishes AGPL from GPL.
As the licence states in Sections 15 and 16, software under AGPL comes with no warranty of any kind and we accept no liability for its use. If you need a warranty, you need the commercial licence.
5. The commercial licence
A separate written agreement, quoted per case. It exists for three situations: you resell Routly or host it for customers under your own name; your procurement or security policy will not accept AGPL code; or you want warranty, indemnity and a support commitment. It removes the source-disclosure obligation of Section 4 and adds those commitments. Nothing on this page is an offer — the signed agreement is.
6. Professional services
Assessment, deployment and migration are work we quote separately. Neither licence requires you to buy them: the source is yours either way and your own team may do the deployment. Where we do carry out such work, the statement of work governs it, including any access to your systems.
7. What you must not do
- Attack this site or the demo, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
- Present Routly as your own product without a commercial licence permitting it.
- Use it where its failure could injure someone, without your own testing and safeguards.
- Use it to break the law of the place you operate in, including on driver monitoring.
8. Fleet and driver data is yours to govern
Routly records vehicle positions and, where you configure it, driver behaviour. In the European Union that is personal data about your drivers, and you are its controller — not us. Informing them, establishing a legal basis and honouring their rights is your responsibility. We never receive that data; see the privacy policy.
9. Liability
For the free licence, liability is as the AGPL sets it: none. For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that Polish law does not permit to be limited.
10. Governing law
Polish law governs these terms, and the courts of Warsaw have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer rather than a business, the mandatory protections of your own country's law still apply to you.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms; the date at the top is the last revision, and this page is versioned in the same repository as the site. A change never applies retroactively to a signed agreement.
